Women's Group

 

The Women's Group meets the second Friday of each month at 7:00pm at the church office. All women are welcome to attend. The Women's Group takes different topics and studies them over a period of time. Our goal is to grapple with Orthodox teachings, share our experiences and insights and apply what we can to our own lives.

 

Each group begins with prayer then we have a discussion/contemplation of the text. We share our insights and our life experiences in order to deepen our spiritual understanding. Spiritual transformation may be the goal but the bonding as friends and sisters is the great treasure. We end the group in prayer with intercessory prayers for those in need, our world and Mother of God Church.
